ITcharts.com develops custom technology charts based on various client needs and requirements. After a customer review we deliver a statement-of-work (SOW), outlining the pricing, quantity, level-of-detail and included components within the charts.

Charts may contain summary level, subsystem views, workflow processes and/or a combination. Finished output varies from dynamic PDF's to Visio with databases.

The process we utilize includes site interviews, automated discovery tools (using SNMP, ICMP and various filtered traffic captures) and digital imagery.
